In WWII fighters of the same nation or family often shared
many components – for example the Typhoon and Tempest - the Fairey Firefly I
and Barracuda along with the Corsair and Hellcat used the same types of tyre
and wheel. Barracuda Studios has seen a nice gap in the market for some super
detailed and most importantly accurate tyres and hubs for your fave of these
above mentioned fighters – these seven new sets are due to be very popular
indeed.

Barracuda Studios are proud to
announce 7 new products. This batch marks a big expansion of the 72nd scale
line with six new sets, with more to come in the next few months. One new set
in 32nd scale rounds out the batch.
The Corsair/Hellcat wheels are long overdue, as they allow
the 72nd modeller to have properly proportioned and super detailed wheels for
all versions of the Corsair, from the prototype through the FG-1, including air
racers and warbirds, as well as all Hellcats.
The Typhoon style 5 slot wheels in 72nd and 32nd fill a
need, as they are extremely accurate in both size and detail. We did a lot of
research to get these right! They will be coming later in 48th scale as well.
