Good things in small packages - Fortes Miniatures first release in 1/35th scale

Diego Fortes from Fortes Miniatures has gone down a size – in scale at least – with their first 35th scale figure of a World War I figure of a German Panzer Crewman in 1917. Let’s look at his new creation painted and unpainted in today’s Preview…

PANZER CREWMAN, 1917

Minituras Fortes I has a new release, and as a surprise it is in a better selling scale – Diego is trying on 35th scale for size – let’s see what he has cooking to see if good things come in small packages...
The new figure is a Panzer crewman from WWI in 1917 comes in 1/35th scale and is made from six pieces of grey resin.
And here he is all put together unpainted
All of Diego’s fine detail seems to have translated German tank through to this tank man – he is a popular figure no doubt because of the new MENG AT-7 (with his 17 other crew men) and the captured MK IV Versions from Takom in 35th scale make this – we think – a good choice for the time.
Here he is come to life under the brush of your sculptor Diego Fortes.
Let’s hope the 35th scale market is a lucrative one – we could always do with more figures in this scale to compliment vehicles and dioramas.
He is now available from Minituras Fortes directly right now from their new website…
