Build review: 1/144 Takom's P1000 Landkreuzer Ratte & Maus –‘From little things, big things grow’
Takom have
been really busy – they are getting very active in the model scene with lots of
great unique releases. None more so than what our man Clayton has built in our
review today. A super looking kit of the
P-1000 Landkreuzer or “Ratte” + 2 Maus tanks, both in the same box in 1/144th
scale. For when going incredibly XXX large is still possible on a normal sized workbench.
Let’s see what he thought of the kit…

Brett's build of the Eduard "Bicentennial" Phantom – Part II
Eduard’s Limited edition kits of the Phantom II were mostly all snapped up after release & although they are still available in some model shops we have not seen many of the F-4N “Bicentennial Phantom” kits made and we don't know why. Five lovely decal choices, Brassin Parts and Fabric seatbelts all add to the nice Academy base kit. Let’s see how our man Brett Reynolds puts it all together before he gets to the decalling and weathering in the second part of the build article…

Review: Bandai 1/48th Star Wars AT-ST - is this the crossover kit we have been waiting for?
Bandai – a
company mostly known for Japanese meccha robot kits and toys – is not often
considered when we talk about model companies at the forefront of new desirable
kits on the market. That has changed this year as the company has crossed over
into the Star Wars™ universe with many new kits covering some of our favourite movie
machines and figures from the series. Today we look at the AT-ST “Chicken Walker” in 1/48th scale to see if it is /indeed
a great new kit – or just a toy turned out like a model kit…
