Barracuda Studios latest magnificent seven..ty-two scale wheel sets
In WWII fighters of the same nation or family often shared
many components – for example the Typhoon and Tempest - the Fairey Firefly I
and Barracuda along with the Corsair and Hellcat used the same types of tyre
and wheel. Barracuda Studios has seen a nice gap in the market for some super
detailed and most importantly accurate tyres and hubs for your fave of these
above mentioned fighters – these seven new sets are due to be very popular
indeed.

Verlinden get's our motor running... ohh after we make a coffee.. We review the 1/32nd scale “Luftwaffe Repair Section.”
Recently there has
been a few releases of 1/32nd diorama material and pilots with their
crews for your favourite aircraft. Verlinden have been regular champs in
this respect – releasing several sets which are of quality and in parts
quantity too. Not just a pilot in this case but two crewman and a disassembled engine
and several bits and pieces to make a workshop scene. We put them together

Having a doozie with your Doobi? Don’t know your D9’s from your be-hind? This may just be the book for you..
Today we read the new Desert Eagle book
on the D9 Armoured bulldozer of the IDF – there has been precious little reference
on this until now and builders of the MENG kit have had to scour everywhere the
can to get reference on this special vehicle. It seems with this book your
prayers are answered – let’s see…
We review the Latest Allied - Axis - no: 29
The latest pictorial
reference book “Allied-Axis” is evenly set out between the US and their German
enemies this issue – with three vehicles from each side why not we adjudicate
to see who wins this fight between the two?

Need better blades for your Dark Lady? We review AMS’ 1/32 Resin upgrade spinners & props for the P-61 Black Widow
There are a few areas of concern for the large scale Black
Widow from Hobbyboss – the most apparent are the spinners and props which both
need correction. We have been following AMS’ research on these
and now we can compare their offerings to the Hobbyboss kit and the original in
our review.

Verlinden’s new Red devil with a dead eye – we review the 2775 1/16th scale “British Red Devil Sniper”
“Red devils” as they were called by the Germans who opposed
them and then as a nickname they assumed – the elite British Paratrooper corps
was one of the best fighting units to see action in the second world war.
Verlinden has made a new figure from resin replicating one of their deadliest –
a sniper in 1/16th scale. Is he off target or on the mark? Let’s
have a look in our review…

Review & construction: 1/32nd scale MasterBox “RAF Pilots, WWII Era”
There is STILL a dearth of choices in the 1/32nd scale
aircraft scene of figures and accessories and vehicles to go along with your
cherished aircraft – all too often they sit forlorn without a touch of life on
the scene that a figure can add. If you are loaded you can buy any number of the
most excellent resin figures on the market – but why has no model company
really embraced figures of this scale on a larger number - Sales? Difficulty? Or is the market too small? Well MasterBox
have taken up the challenge – this is their third kit in 32nd scale - “RAF
Pilots, WWII Era.” We build them up for you in our review…

We review: MiniArt's 1/35th scale Hungarian Tank Crew..
We have not seen much in the way of Hungarian combatants
during WWII – I mean compared with the other Axis powers' representation in model kits you would think they weren’t
there. Hungarians however served a large part in the conflict and so MiniArt have produced these new
tankers to match the new kits from Bronco made specifically it seems for them –
or the other way around – not too sure – but let’s have a look at them and
build them up for you to see their true worth.
