Preview: 35th scale captors & the captured in sets & singles from Ardennes Miniature...

Ardennes Miniature is a company designing and manufacturing military resin figures of the highest quality of details, themes and designs for your models and creations. We have already seen some interesting figures in a few scenes from them, in Russia and in Winter climates.
This time we go to the Winter of Belgium in 1944/45 for a set of three Germans and a US G.I, or a mix of these in doubles and singles.
We look at the six sets now below...

US SOLDIER - BELGIUM 1944-1945
1/35th scale
Kit No #35031
Sculpted by Radek Tomanec
Single Figure
Grey resin
This U.S. G.I sure doesn't look happy from his body language. His arms crossed, his look downward, his long trench coat here bearing no weapons, thick clothing betraying his winter setting. His is the meat in the sandwich in this group of figures, meant to be a captured soldier looking very forlorn. Int he larger picture of all the figures above he is looking at his gear on the deck - Tommy gun and his swag.

GERMAN SOLDIER - BELGIUM 1944-1945
1/35th scale
Kit No #35032
Sculpted by Radek Tomanec
Single figure
Grey resin
This German is seen holding his pistol at the ready, as if pointing downward towards something. Although he carries a pistol, he has his KaR.98 strapped over his back. He is also wearing the Kharkiv style lined park and very thick reversible pants and high boots over those pants.

US AND GERMAN SOLDIER - BELGIUM 1944-1945
1/35th scale
Kit No #35033
Sculpted by Radek Tomanec
Set of two figures
Grey resin
These two afore-mentioned figures are sold slightly cheaper as a set in one package also...

GERMAN SOLDIER - BELGIUM 1944-1945 35029
1/35th scale
Kit No #35029
Sculpted by Radek Tomanec
Single Figure
Grey resin
This German soldier is seen carrying his KaR.98 at port while he looks on to the scene. The M43 steel helmet atop his head while his face is wrapped with a warm cloth. It looks cold wherever he is, if it be the Ardennes of Winter or the eastern front. We noticed he is carrying a map pouch, bread bag on his rear and a food flask almost around his neck. Odd placement for sure, but that makes him an interesting proposition.

GERMAN SOLDIER - BELGIUM 1944-1945
1/35th scale
Kit No #35028
Sculpted by Radek Tomanec
Single figure
Grey resin
This German soldier is seen in very typical late-WWII Winter gear. The thick, lined parka that was introduced in Kharkiv (known colloquially as the Kharkiv Parka) covers over his padded trousers with thick lined boots that he looked like he got from the eastern front. The soldier carries a Panzerfaust in his right hand, with an MP40 machine pistol & spare ammunition pouches attached to his webbing.

GERMAN SOLDIERS - BELGIUM 1944-1945 35030
1/35th scale
Kit No #35030
Sculpted by Radek Tomanec
Set of two figures
Grey resin
These two German soldiers are also sold as a set of two men at a slightly cheaper price.

A walk around of all of these figures in the one collection.
