Abrams Squad is THE magazine for modern warfare vehicle enthusiasts and fans of great works. It is the first to take on this genre and probably the best source around devoted to modern warfare, the vehicles, and the people that fight in them from around the world. Here you will find the most engaging articles by the best modellers and writers in the world. Step-by-step articles, painting techniques, building techniques, illustrated reports, news, reviews, and much more.

Contents:
The Commander's Display Unit brings you news and reviews of all of the latest products on the market right now...

RTS: This section is like the best review build ever—where the modeller looks not only at the kit but at the real thing, using the same angle in the photo to show how accurate the kit is. This time it is the M10 booker from Magic Factory
ICM's AC-40-137A Firetruck is featured in the first build of this issue, with “Brave Protector” by James Zhou. He shows a Ukrainian firetruck looking over the scene of another strike on their cities. A scene all too often repeated since this war started.
In the references section called “Swords of Iron Part 3,” Israel War 2023-24, the Abrams Squad crew gives us a photo journal of the weapons in use in Palestine right now.
A newer company, R3 Model's kit of the M1128 Stryker MGS is next. The scene is from Jordi Cerezo, who includes some nice groundwork for the model, along with figures and some limited stowage for this unusual vehicle.
Rye Field Model's new kit of the T-80U is featured as an abandoned main battle tank with some interest from its new owners. Ryokichi Kogure's scene is an interesting one, with the new owners looking pleased with their war booty, which is packed with stowage and equipment in this scene .
Dmitriy Boyarskikh features next with his build of the MSTA-S kit in 35th scale from Zvezda. This kit has been added to with a lot of aftermarket and no doubt some scratchbuilding in the form of a "cope" cage on top of the vehicle.
The Syrian Army vehicles "After the Fall" are shown in the references section, mostly photos with captions from the Abrams Squad crew. These serve as a great reference to those wanting to keep their scenes as current as possible.
Takom's early kit of the AMX-13-90 in 1/35th scale is next by Diego Bruzzone. The diminutive size of the tank is shown on the cover page. The only aftermarket parts used on this kit are the metal tracks, and we look forward to seeing what Diego could do with this model.
The great modeller Witold Socha is next, with his German tank destroyer Kanonenjagdpanzer, or "KAJAPA," from exercises in Germany for the Reforger 85 meeting. The kit is the Das Werk model in 1/35th scale, with some additions in the form of a custom diorama base in an industrial setting. Witold takes us through his processes in a step-by-step article.
In the regular “Armoured News" reference section, we see the newer and more unusual types out in the field in great photos from the Abrams Squad team.
The Turret Basket section always previews the next volume of Abrams Squad, and the newer kits are on the way...

This great new edition is now available from the Pla Website...
