Model Dim. 24,2 cm
The M-47 Patton medium tank was developed and deployed to U.S. armoured units in the early 1950s. Compared to its predecessors, such as the M-46, it exhibited significantly improved performance, featuring enhanced protection and increased firepower provided by the turret-mounted 90mm M3 gun. The tank had a combat weight of approximately 46 tonnes and was powered by a high-performance Continental 12-cylinder V-type air-cooled engine delivering 810 hp, enabling a top speed of 45 km/h.

Beyond the United States, the M-47 was widely used by various NATO armies throughout the Cold War. It proved to be a reliable and robust platform, remaining in service with several European armoured units until the 1980s. Model Dim.31,6 cm
The AW-101 Merlin is a medium-heavy multirole helicopter developed by AgustaWestland (now Leonardo) in collaboration with Westland Helicopters. It was designed and developed based on requirements from both the British Royal Navy and the Italian Navy to replace the now-obsolete SH-3D "Sea King." However, due to its operational flexibility, it is also well-suited, in its various configurations, for troop transport, maritime search and rescue (SAR), as well as combat SAR (CSAR) missions. It is capable of operating in extreme weather conditions and across all operational environments. Powered by three turbines, the Merlin reaches a maximum speed of 310 km/h and has an operational range exceeding 1,350 km.

MC.202 Folgore Aces
From Italeri
No #1481
1/72nd scale
Model Dim.
The introduction of the Macchi MC 202 Folgore was a significant development for the fighter squadrons of the Italian Regia Aeronautica. Stylishly designed from an aerodynamical perspective, it was fitted with the powerful German DB 601 engine produced under licence by the Italian aeronautical industry. The engine and overall aeronautical performance of the aircraft provided the Regia Aeronautica with a fighter capable of actively engaging Allied fighters.

The marking choices in this kit are 5 Regia Aeronautica aces: Serg. Magg. Teresio Martinoli, Cap. Franco Lucchini, Cap. Maurizio Ruspoli, Cap. Natale Veronesi, Mar. Ennio Tarantola
The flight performance compared to the previous generation of fighters equipped with radial engines, such as the Fiat G-50 and the Macchi Mc-200, was in fact much better. Manoeuvrable and fast (it was able to reach 600 km/h), it was armed, in the early versions, with two 12.7 mm Breda-SAFAT machine guns installed in the nose. Only in later versions were the armaments improved with additional machine guns installed in the wings.

Model Dim.
The Dassault Mirage 2000 is a French-built multirole fighter that entered service in the early 1980s. The marking choices in this kit
Entering service with the French Armée de l’Air, the Mirage 2000D retained the signature delta-wing aerodynamic configuration of the Mirage 2000 but featured a two-seat layout, with a pilot and a weapons systems officer responsible for target acquisition and weapon management. The aircraft has been deployed in various operational theatres, including Libya and Afghanistan. Capable of carrying a diverse offensive payload for a wide range of mission profiles, the Mirage 2000D has undergone continuous avionics and electronic upgrades to extend its operational lifespan

1/72nd scale
French infantrymen, wearing the post-revolutionary uniform and equipment, were the main players in the military operations of the Consulate and of the early Empire. They were decisive in battles like Marengo (1800) and Austerlitz (1805). Equipped with the Charleville 1777 muzzle-loaded musket, they were led by young and motivated officers who had an absolute faith in Napoleon.
