Plastic injection moulded kit with two figures and milk containers, crates & bottles.
MiniArt is doing a great job of fleshing out their civilian series in 1/35th scale. These sets feature simple people going about their lives, sometimes mid last century, and maybe even until recent times. We don't know anywhere that still has milkmen who deliver with these containers, so from the last century seems a good timeline for this kit.

Some interesting milkmen from this period and even recently
This set includes two figures of civilians with large milk vats. There is also a milk crate and milk bottle moulded in clear - all in 1/35th Scale. There are five sprues included:

Here you see the figures made up in prototype stage by their sculptor, the very talented Sergey Alekhno.
