Arto's two KT Riders from the newsreels in 35th scale...

 SS-Ustuf. Eduard Kalinowsky
Kit No #35023
From Arto Productions
1/35th scale
Light grey resin.
Sculpted by Gwangyeol Lee
This first figure in this pairing (they are sold separately) is from the well-known archival footage of the Battle of Ardennes during late WWII. The sculpt was based on an adjutant in the 501st Heavy Tank Battalion and a commander of the famous Tiger II  "008".
Seen in the cupola of the Tiger II, he is looking forward over the front in the direction of travel. Wearing the flat forage cap and thick gloves, he is protected against the cold not just by the tank he is in.
He is seen wearing his M44 great coat, leaning over the King Tiger cupola. He is sculpted in half-body so that he is able to be placed nicely in the King Tiger cupola without any fit issues.
You can see the attention to detail on the rear of the figures with his wrinkled jacket and hoodie's folds and creases skillfully sculpted and cast.

"Perched Loader"
Kit No #35024
From Arto Productions
1/35th scale
Light grey resin.
Sculpted by Gwangyeol Lee
The second figures is depicting a loader from the same famous footage of the Tiger II in the  Ardennes. He is seen sitting on the King Tiger loader hatch in a German M44 great coat.
He hands are in his coat pockets, huddling against the cold winter breeze. This is the most common posture seen in archival footages at the time. Not only the King Tiger, but this figure can also be used with Tiger-I or various German tanks without difficulty.

Here are both of these figures put in-situ in a Tiger II (Meng's kit, but these fit any Tiger II). Just to show you how the sculptor has caught the scene...
