Scania S series a key player in the industrial and heavy commercial vehicles market has been designed to meet long-range logistics and transportation needs. The new S series was introduced by the famous Scandinavian manufacturer to the market in 2016, and included new innovative design solutions. Key design features were incorporated to optimize the use of the space inside the cabin to enhance driver comfort, and greater attention was afforded to more modern ‘active and passive’ safety systems to aid driver control and overall vehicle management.

The attractive and contemporary new design also reflected the modern aerodynamics of the vehicle and its reduced fuel consumption targets. The Scania S770 4x2 with compact cab and the ”Highline” version with the oversized cab, are the industry ‘road tractors’ produced by the famous Scandinavian manufacturer of heavy commercial vehicles, with both versions offering excellent options for differing professional and operational requirements.

The Messerschmitt Me 410 Hornisse was a low-wing twin-engine heavy fighter developed by the famous German aircraft manufacturer as an evolution of the previous Me-210. The heavy fighter was intended to replace the outdated Bf-110s in the Luftwaffe Squadrons. Powered by two 1,750 HP Daimler-Benz DB603 engines, it could be used to carry out several operational roles. Heavily armed with four 20mm Mauser cannons and with two 7.92mm machine guns installed in the front of the aircraft, it also featured two remotely controlled MG 131 machine guns housed in side "barbettes" on the fuselage.

The initial versions for tactical support and bombing missions could carry an offensive payload of over 500 kg in the internal bomb bay or underwing pylons. Distribution to Luftwaffe Squadrons was implemented from mid-1943. The Me-410 participated in operational activities on various fronts, from Italy and the Balkans to the Eastern Front.

M4A3E8 Sherman Fury

The M4 Sherman medium tank was the primary tank used by the United States during World War II. It has been produced in a significant number of units ant it formed the backbone of United Stated armoured forces during at those time. it has been produced in several variants and versions The production of the  M4A3E8 versions started at the end of 1944.

The M4A3E8, adopting the nickname Easy Eight, took several technical improvements enhancing  the Sherman operational effectiveness. The 76mm M1 high velocity gun had been flanked by a new horizontal volute spring suspension (HVSS) system able to ensure a better driving condition and to guarantee a higher speed. The “Easy Eight” participated to the final stages of World War II and took active part in the Korean War.

M8 Greyhound

At the beginning of World War II, the U.S. Army had lightweight and lightly armed vehicles, called "scout cars," for advanced reconnaissance activities. Developed during the war, the M-8 Greyhound armored car, characterized by increased protection and heavier armament, represented a turning point for the American army.

The vehicle provided greater operational flexibility and could be more effectively used to support ground troops thanks to the 37mm cannon installed in the turret. First used on the Italian front, from Monte Cassino to Anzio, it later participated in the D-Day operations in June 1944. Although the terrain in Normandy proved difficult and challenging during the initial stages of the operation, the M-8 was highly appreciated for its speed and versatility. It was utilized not only by the U.S. Army but also by numerous Allied countries.

Ju 87 G-1 Stuka Kanonenvogel

The JU-87 dive bomber is certainly one of the best known aircraft of WW2. The characteristic "gull wing” aircraft gained great notoriety at the beginning of the war, and is considered, together with the Panzer Divisions of the Wehrmacht, as defining symbols of the Blitzkrieg. During the war, new versions with differing operational profiles were introduced.

The Ju-87G was developed as an "anti-tank" version of the  Stuka, to counter the vast array of enemy armored vehicles deployed on the eastern front post 1943.The Stuka “ace” Hans Ulrich Rudel proposed the addition of  two 37 mm Flak 18 cannons housed in underwing pods to better counter this developing threat. With this configuration the Ju-87G "Kanonenvogel" proved extremely effective in the hands of experienced pilots.
