We have seen photos of the promotional materials for Border Model's new P-51D and this, the SBD-3/4 Douglas Dauntless in the same scale at the Shizuoka show. Now, we see the first CADs of a schmick-looking kit that you almost cannot make out to be plastic or digital. We will look at the CADs & the promo information to show you some of the features of this just-announced kit.

Complete engine with bracing and an interior structure, plus a choice of two types of ignition harnesses for the Wright Cyclone engine.

Stressed skin effects in this skin are nicely replicated

The photo-etch for the smaller/thinner parts of this kit, like the gun shield on the rear gunner's position.

The underside panels , especially those raised inspection panels in the wings, are present on this kit.

Posable flying surfaces, including large dive brakes, are present.

Front cockpit seat & harness parts are photo-etched

A detailed cockpit with some fine details are included
