From MiniArt
Kit No #35475
1/35th scale
The kit contains five figures with weapons & equipment.
MiniArt has added to this older release with new items in a special edition. New weapons and equipment and weapons that add that little more to it, especially for those who missed out the first time.
The original boxing, long since out of print. This kit adds some more to the mix...
The kit:
This 1/35th scale Special Edition kit includes five finely sculpted figures featuring detailed uniforms, weapons, and gear characteristic of the Normandy campaign, offering an ideal addition for dioramas or historical displays. Included are:
Highly detailed figures in dynamic and realistic poses
Includes 5 figures (U.S. paratroopers and German soldiers)
Accurate late-war uniforms and equipment
One sprue in medium grey will house these two American Parras of the 101st Division, who fought through the hedgerows in the D-Day invasion in Normandy in 1944. The two Americans, seen here in full jump gear, are standing guard over three meek-looking German prisoners they look to have captured. This kit is a mirror of the Arnhem set, where the German Air Force gunners capture the British paratroopers.
The first sprue of extra weapons and equipment has several bare and netted M1 helmets, knives, bayonets, water flasks, grenades, entrenching tools and canvas packs included to add to the soldiers.
An M1 & M2 carbine, as well as a Garand rifle, are included with ammo pouches for both.
You can now find MiniArt on Facebook or on their website, both of which are constantly updated with new kits
