Preview: Das Werk's six of the best for Nuremberg...

For a while Das Werk have been teasing the number "6" in their social pages; today we find out what this is about with six new releases announced in Nuremberg. See them in our preview...


Preview: Das Werk's six of the best for Nuremberg...

Six new kits from Das Werk are on the way, with all of them subjects that are either new or high on most people's wish lists. These will be in full view at the Toy Fair...
Here are the six new items:
- DW32003 Messerschmitt Me 262
- DW35044 Kurierwagen Type 181 “Standard Version”
- DW35045 Kurierwagen Type 181 “Bluelight Version”
- DW32101 German Mechanics WW2
- DW16019 Sd.Kfz. 250/3 Ausf. A
- DW35043 Bundeswehr Vehicle Crews
We don't have a lot of information on these, but some info has come to light on the new 16th-scale Sd.Kfz. 250/3 Ausf. A & Me-262 kit in 32nd scale.

DW16019 Sd.Kfz. 250/3 Ausf. A is available for pre-order now and is expected to ship around mid/late February.

All other kits will be released later this year.

This kit promises an easy construction with all-new tooling from Das Werk, combining a one-piece lower wing structure, posable flying surfaces and a fully detailed cockpit, wheel wells and twin Mk 108 cannon bays that can be shown open or closed.

The Sd.Kfz. 250/3 Ausf. A in particular became well known because Erwin Rommel frequently used an Sd.Kfz. 250/3 as his personal command vehicle in North Africa, nicknamed „Greif“, although similar vehicles were used across many fronts.
