The Vought F4U Corsair served across multiple theatres and gained a reputation as one of the most capable carrier-based fighter aircraft of its era. It remains a perennially popular choice among aircraft modellers. This new volume aims to help clarify the wide selection of variants, sub-types, operational histories, and camouflage schemes that applied to the airframe during and after World War II.
